General Terms and Conditions – Lake Riders Club
1. Members
Natural persons acquire membership status for the current season once the club has received the required personal information (surname, first name, address, telephone number and date of birth) and full payment of the membership fee.
In the case of membership through an ambassador, the member provides their personal information to the ambassador and pays their membership fee directly to the ambassador. The ambassador is responsible for forwarding the information and payment to the club.
Lake Riders Club is a private club. Membership is granted upon recommendation by an existing member or by a club ambassador.
The following persons may qualify as members:
- an employee of a company affiliated with the club;
- an accompanying person (spouse, family member, friend), subject to the employer’s approval;
- any person included in a group formed by a club ambassador;
- any person referred by a member;
- outside the above categories, subject to acceptance.
The Committee reserves the right to refuse any membership application without providing justification.
2. Fees
Fees are set by the Committee for each season.
2026 Season:
- Early Bird: CHF 529.– (until May 10)
- Standard: CHF 559.–
Unlimited access to wakeboarding during opening hours, subject to availability.
Wakesurfing (optional, in addition to the membership fee):
- 5-session card: CHF 75.–
- 10-session card: CHF 120.–
- Single session: CHF 20.–
Unused sessions during the season are forfeited.
The employer may freely contribute to the financing of the membership fee.
3. Financial Conditions
The membership fee:
- is due in full upon registration;
- is personal, non-transferable and valid only for the current season;
- is non-refundable, for any reason whatsoever (illness, accident, unavailability, weather conditions, etc.).
The club is under no obligation to provide a replacement, although it may do so as a commercial gesture.
The member is responsible for checking their insurance coverage (accident and civil liability).
4. Location and Schedule – 2026 Season

Unlimited access:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 6:00 p.m. → sunset
Indicative schedule:
- 6:00 p.m. / 7:00 p.m. / 8:00 p.m. (depending on the period)
Important: from August onwards, the schedule may be reduced due to daylight conditions.
Wednesday – pay-per-session:
- Member: Wake CHF 50.– / Surf CHF 65.–
- Guest: Wake CHF 60.– / Surf CHF 75.–
Weather conditions:
Sessions may be cancelled without prior notice in the event of unfavourable conditions (wind, rain, safety concerns, lake signals).
The member is responsible for obtaining information.
5. Booking and Operation
Bookings are made through the club platform (personal login).
Rules:
- 1 session booked at a time;
- a new booking is possible after the booked session has taken place;
- maximum 4 riders per session;
- minimum 2 riders required to confirm a departure.
Punctuality and session procedure:
- members must be present 10 minutes before the session;
- the boat leaves on time and does not wait for latecomers;
- there will be no return to the pontoon to pick up an absent member;
- duration: 12 minutes of riding per person.
Boat capacity: maximum 8 people (excluding the pilot)
An accompanying person is tolerated only if capacity allows.
6. Equipment
The club provides:
- life jacket, wakeboard, wakesurf board (subject to availability).
The equipment remains the exclusive property of the club.
The member:
- is responsible for the equipment used;
- must immediately report any damage;
- is liable for costs in the event of damage.
The club’s insurance does not cover damage caused by members.
7. Liability and Safety
The club provides a boat, a pilot and equipment.
No teaching, coaching or lesson is guaranteed.
Participation is under the member’s own responsibility.
The member undertakes to:
- be physically fit;
- follow the pilot’s instructions;
- have appropriate insurance coverage.
8. Conduct
The member undertakes to:
- respect the schedule and other members;
- behave respectfully towards the pilot, the equipment and the lake;
- contribute to a positive atmosphere.
Possible sanctions:
- warning;
- suspension;
- exclusion without refund.
In the event of exclusion, an appeal may be submitted to the Committee within 15 days.
9. Admission and Exclusion
The Committee may:
- refuse a registration;
- exclude a member for valid reasons (conduct, safety, non-compliance with the rules, etc.).
Any membership fee paid remains the property of the club.
10. Amendments
The Committee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Members will be informed in the event of any change.
11. Acceptance
Registration with Lake Riders Club implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
